Mobile and offline applications
Most returns are available online and this is usually the easiest filing option. However, some returns must be saved offline and then uploaded to our online services. Please refer to the Return Preparation Options page for further information.
This page describes some of the offline options available.
Return Preparation Facility (RPF)
The RPF allows you to prepare some forms offline. Once completed, you must upload these forms through Revenue Online Service (ROS). Please refer to the help sections:

Make a payment for Income Tax offline
It is possible to prepare your Income Tax payment instruction using the ROS Offline Application. Payment can be made via ROS Debit Instruction (RDI).
You will need to have
- your Income Tax registration number
- and
- an RDI set up online in advance.
Once completed, you can upload this form through your ROS account.
