DCPL repayment scheme
What documentation do I need to make a claim?
For a claim to be processed, you must submit your completed DCPL Repayment Claim Form and provide:
- all VAT invoices for each first supply of ready to pour concrete for which a claim for repayment is being made
- and
- documentation supplied to the precast concrete manufacturer by the ready to pour concrete supplier detailing the Defective Concrete Products Levy (DCPL) charged for each supply.
Note
If the ready to pour concrete was manufactured internally, you must provide the internal business generated documentation detailing the DCPL charged.
A single piece of documentation may provide all the required information outlined above.
