Revenue seizes herbal cannabis in Dublin Port
Yesterday (05/09/17), following routine profiling, and with the assistance of detector dog ‘Meg’, Revenue officers at Dublin Port seized 1kg of herbal cannabis with an estimated street value of €20,000. The drugs were found concealed in candle jars which had originated in Spain and were addressed to a location in Dublin city centre.
Investigations are on-going with a view to prosecution.
