Revenue seizes package of herbal cannabis worth €180,000 in Dublin

Yesterday (28/08/2017) Revenue officers seized a package containing approximately 9 kilos of herbal cannabis with an estimated street value of €180,000, in a joint intelligence-led operation involving Revenue, the Garda National Drugs & Organised Crime Bureau and the Finglas/Blanchardstown Drugs Unit.

Gardaí arrested two males and both are detained at Finglas Garda Station  under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.  Investigations are continuing.
