Remote Betting Intermediary's Licence
Renewal based on annual commission earnings
Annual commission earnings means the amount of earnings from the commission charged to persons in the State in one year. The year runs from 1 May to 30 April before renewal is due on 1 July.
If your licence is less than one year issued, the period runs from the issue date to 31 May before renewal is due on 1 July.
The commission charged is the amount that a Remote Betting Intermediary charges persons in the State for using their facilities to make bets. This applies whether the charge is made by deduction from winnings or otherwise.
