High efficiency combined heat and power (HE CHP)

The Finance Act 2016 included amendments to excise law to reliefs for:

  • Mineral Oil Tax
  • Natural Gas Carbon Tax
  • and
  • Solid Fuel Carbon Tax

in relation to fuel used for High Efficiency Combined Heat and Power (HE CHP) co-generation.
