Revenue seize herbal cannabis worth almost €2.5 million in Dublin Port
On Monday, 03/03/2025, Revenue officers seized approximately 124 kgs of herbal cannabis with an estimated value of €2.48 million at Dublin Port.
The illicit drugs were discovered as a result of risk profiling, with the assistance of detector dog Darcy, when officers searched a container which originated in France.
This seizure is part of Revenue’s ongoing joint investigations involving organised crime groups and the importation, sale and supply of illegal drugs.
