Electronic Tax Deduction Card (TDC)

This can be used to record your employee's tax and Pay Related Social Insurance (PRSI) contributions. 

You can click ’Calculate‘ at the top of the TDC when you complete the Total Tax Credit and Total Cut-Off Point boxes. This will auto-fill the Cumulative Tax Credit and Cumulative Cut-Off Point columns.

Universal Social Charge (USC) and Local Property Tax (LPT) payroll cards are available to record your employee's USC and LPT deductions.

The USC and LPT payroll cards and the electronic TDC allow you to:

  • complete the employee's record on screen
  • save the record on your computer
  • print the record
  • print a TDC or a USC or LPT payroll card and complete it by hand.
