Notify Revenue of LPT details for the purchase, sale or transfer of more than one residential property

You may be purchasing or transferring more than one of your residential properties. If so, you must notify the Local Property Tax (LPT) Branch about each property.

The property details of the residential properties involved may not have been listed in the stamp duty return. If not, you should submit the details to the LPT branch on the Bulk upload template. This template is for properties purchased or transferred up to 31 October 2021.

Details for properties purchased or transferred from 1 November 2021 should be submitted using the Bulk upload template from 1 November 2021.
