Issues registering for Revenue Online Service (ROS)
System password has expired
Revenue Online Service (ROS) system passwords are valid for one hour.
If you are trying to download and save your digital certificate and receive a message that the system password has expired, please see the solutions below:
- If you are completing the three step ROS registration process and have the ROS Access Number (RAN), complete Step 2 again to receive a new system password.
- If you are using the ‘Reset Login’ function, do another reset to receive a new system password.
- If you have registered for ROS through myAccount, please register again through myAccount.
