Issues registering for ROS
System password has expired
ROS system passwords are valid for only one hour.
If you are trying to download and save your digital certificate and receive a message that the system password has expired, please see the solutions below:
- If you are completing the three step ROS registration process and have the RAN, complete Step 2 again to receive a new system password.
- If you are using the ‘Reset Login’ function, do another reset to receive a new system password.
- If you have registered for ROS through myAccount, please register again through myAccount.
