Difficulties opening a pre-populated form
You can only open pre-populated forms using the Revenue Online Service (ROS) offline application. Please refer to the Open a previously saved form section for further guidance.
To open your pre-populated form, first ensure that you have the latest version of the form installed in the ROS offline application. To do this, click on 'Download' and then 'Refresh' to download the latest list of available forms. If a more recent version of the form is available, you should download this.
When you download a pre-populated form from ROS online, it saves to your downloads folder.
