Issues resetting the Revenue Online Service (ROS) login

Verification code has expired

ROS verification codes are only valid for one hour.

If you receive a message stating that a verification code has expired, you can try to do another reset to receive a new verification code.

If you are unable to complete the above, please contact the ROS Technical Helpdesk.
