Reset ROS login
If you are the ROS Administrator and are having issues logging into ROS, try the troubleshooting steps in the Logging into ROS section.
If you are still unable to log in to ROS, you can try the Reset ROS login option. If you proceed with this option, all Sub-user and linked certificates will be suspended.
All ROS access will be unavailable until you download a new Administrator certificate.
You may also have to go to the 'Admin Services' tab in ROS and restore the sub-users.
In order to reset your ROS login, you need to:
- answer two security questions
- and
- confirm your email address or mobile number from your ROS profile tab to complete the process.
If you have not set security questions, or your contact details are out of date, please contact the ROS Technical Helpdesk.
For further information on resetting your ROS login, please refer to the guide Reset ROS login.
If you have access to myAccount you can also reset your personal ROS login using myAccount. If you wish to do this, please refer to the guide Reset ROS Login using myAccount.
