How to make a DCPL declaration
Precast concrete manufacturers may make declarations to ready to pour concrete suppliers from 1 January 2024. To make the declaration, precast concrete manufacturers must complete the Form DCPL Declaration.
You must complete the form online with the details of the first supply of the ready to pour concrete. You must also print and sign the details.
The precast concrete product manufacturer must retain a copy of the form and supply the original to the ready to pour concrete provider.
You may face penalties of €4,000 for making false, incorrect, or misleading declarations.
