Irish Real Estate Fund (IREF) guidance

Tax and Duty Manual Part 27-01B-02, Irish Real Estate Fund (IREF) Guidance Note, has been updated at section 1.3.3 to include reference to the IREF Withholding Tax refund claim form. 

The form is now available on the Revenue website.
