Chapter 06 - Stamp Certificate
Tax and Duty Manual Filing and paying Stamp Duty on Instruments - Chapter 6: Stamp Certificate has been updated as follows:
- A new section 2 has been inserted explaining how to access the stamp certificate and subsequent sections have been re-numbered.
- Section 3 (previously section 2) now contains links to our Help guide on Completing a return online.
- Section 5 (previously section 4) has been updated to reflect changes on ROS screens.
- Former section 7 (Veracity of stamp certificate presented at auction) has been deleted.
