Tobacco Products Tax
A new Tax and Duty Manual - Tobacco Products Tax - has been published. This Manual replaces Public Notice 1877T and will be of particular interest to tobacco traders in Ireland.
The Manual also includes information about the use of the tax stamp as a security feature for the purposes of Directive 2014/40/EU (The Tobacco Products Directive). See paragraph 7.17 of the Manual for details.
