Pharmacists' Scheme for VAT
A Pharmacists' Scheme for Value-Added Tax (VAT) is in place for pharmacists who have an annual turnover less than €1.5 million. The scheme was set up to address certain operating issues in pharmacies. The scheme was agreed between Revenue and the Irish Pharmacy Union (IPU).
