First application for a Wine Retailer's On Licence
Please submit your completed Application Form and Requisition Form to the National Excise Licence Office.
The application requires signature by:
- the licensee, if a sole trader
- one of the partners, if a partnership
- the company secretary or a director of the company, in the case of an incorporated firm.
On receipt of your application, we must notify the Garda Síochána and District Court Clerk in the area where your premises is located. If, after 30 days, there is no objection to the issue of the licence, we will issue you with a First Time Application Notice. This notice invites you to complete your application and pay for your licence.
