Revenue appointment service
Most queries are easily resolved by using our secure ROS and, or MyEnquiries service or by contacting Revenue’s dedicated phonelines. To find the correct contact details for your query, you can select the appropriate area from the list in our Contact us section.
However, if you have a particularly complex query which cannot be resolved through MyEnquiries or over our phonelines, an appointment service is available. There are several types of appointments available to Revenue customers.
In-person appointments
In-person appointments are available in our four public offices, Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick.
To book an in-person appointment, you must:
- call our National Appointment Service on the number below
- confirm a suitable time and date
- and
- attend the specified office at the agreed date and time.
Virtual appointments
You can book a virtual appointment which are conducted through Microsoft (MS) Teams:
To book a virtual appointment, you must:
- Call our National Appointment Service on the number below
- and
- confirm a suitable time and date.
You will then be sent a MS Teams meeting link to attend this appointment virtually. You must have a personal email address to receive the MS Teams meeting link. You must also have a device with a camera and microphone such as a smartphone or laptop that has an active internet connection.
Note
As this is a data streaming service, you may be billed by your operator depending on your data package.
If you use a smartphone or tablet, you must download the MS Teams app before your scheduled appointment. This app is available for free on the Apple or Google Play store.
If you use a laptop or PC, you can attend the appointment through a web browser using the link provided to you.
In-office virtual appointments
If you do not have access to a device with a camera and microphone or an active internet connection, you can book an in-office virtual appointment. You can attend in-office virtual appointments in the Revenue offices in Tralee or Letterkenny.
To book an in-office virtual appointment, you must:
- call our National Appointment Service on the number below
- confirm a suitable time and date
- and
- attend the specified office at the agreed date and time.
