Revenue seize herbal cannabis worth €140,000 in Dublin
Following on from the seizure of a similar quantity of herbal cannabis reported yesterday (18/08/2022), Revenue officers examining parcels at the same premises in Dublin today (19/08/2022), seized a further 7 kilograms of the illegal drug with an estimated value of €140,000.
The drugs were discovered as a result of routine operations and with the assistance of detector dog Waffle, concealed in 7 parcels that originated in Spain and were destined for an address in the Dublin 1 area.
Investigations are ongoing.
