On 30 October 2024, at Wexford Circuit Criminal Court, Judge McCourt sentenced Mr. Fusteac to 2 years imprisonment, which was suspended in full and entered a bond for €1,000 to keep the peace for 2 years. A destruction order was granted in relation to the cigarettes.
