Excluded arrangements

Excluded arrangements are exempt from registering with the CRBOT. These include:

  • approved occupational pension schemes
  • approved retirement funds
  • approved profit-sharing schemes or employee share ownership trusts
  • trusts for restricted share
  • the Haemophilia HIV Trust
  • unit trusts
