Preferential and non-preferential origin

Registered Exporters System (REX)

The REX system provides for certification of origin on:

It allows a registered exporter to certify preferential origin. This is done by including a specific declaration on the invoice, or another commercial document, identifying the exported products.

If your consignment has a value of below €6,000, the statement on origin can be made with no obligation to be registered.

The GSP beneficiary countries apply the REX system. For further information, please see the Registered Exporters System.

If you are importing from a registered exporter under GSP, you should verify the REX number on the REX database.
