MyEnquiries is a secure online contact facility that allows customers to send and receive correspondence to and from Revenue.
Revenue has launched a development to the MyEnquiries system to allow customers to track their enquiry.
The tracking system allows customers, both agents/advisors and taxpayers, to:
- view the current status of an enquiry they have submitted via MyEnquiries
- see the current division that is dealing with their enquiry.
This is a positive development which allows customers to identify the status and location of their enquiry without having to initiate a new contact with Revenue.
The tracking system applies to all items in MyEnquiries including those already in the system.
In addition to the status, the tracking system also gives information on where the enquiry is, or was, processed.
