Issues registering for Revenue Online Service (ROS)
RAN letter not received
If you have not received a ROS Access Number (RAN) after completing Step 1 of the ROS registration process, please note:
- The RAN letter may take five to seven working days to arrive.
- Revenue posts the letter to the address that is on record for the Tax Registration Number. If you have multiple addresses on file, you should check if it has been posted to any of these addresses.
- If there is a possibility that the address is incorrect, you should contact your Revenue office to have this updated. After the address is updated, contact the ROS Technical Helpdesk.
- If it has been longer than seven working days and the address is correct, please contact the ROS Technical Helpdesk.
