Issues with the Revenue Record
Unable to find documents in Revenue Record
Revenue Record documents are archived periodically. In Revenue record, you can use the search facility to find items. To do this select the type of return you are searching for, tick ‘Include archive’ and click on ‘Search’.
The item may not have been filed via the Revenue Online Service (ROS). It may have been a manual transaction, or it may have been filed by your agent. You can only view items that you have submitted on ROS.
