UCC- Automated Import System (AIS) - inc. upcoming EUCDM and CCI upgrades
Overview
As part of the UCC upgrade which includes AIS, a number of web services will be provided. These will allow traders to integrate with AIS. A list of the web services to be provided can be viewed on the UCC schemas and WSDLs page. The technical documentation, specifications and web services examples below are provided as support for future live web services. They will enable customs software developers to update their import software packages to be UCC compliant.
Note:
AIS V1 refers to the current import system that adheres to EUCDM version 5.1. In 2025, an updated system AIS V2 will be introduced, which will primarily align with version 6.2 of the EUCDM (revised Annex B). This updated system will include the introduction of Centralised Clearance of Import Phase 1 and Phase 2.
