Claiming an LPT exemption

You can claim an exemption in the ‘Property Details’ section of the LPT Return screen (Step 1).

If you have submitted your LPT Return and did not claim an exemption that you were entitled to, you should contact us. You should have the following information ready:

Claiming a deferral of LPT

You can claim a full, or partial, deferral as part of your LPT Return.
