Submitting your RZLT returns

How to amend your RZLT return

You may amend your Residential Zoned Land Tax (RZLT) return on the online RZLT portal available through myAccount or Revenue Online Service (ROS):

  1. Select the 'File RZLT Return' button.
  2. Where an RZLT Return has already been filed for a particular filing period, select the option to 'Amend Return'.

A liable person must keep records to ensure the RZLT paid relating to their return filed is correct.

Note

Records can be maintained in either manual or electronic form.
