Vacant Homes Tax (VHT) exemptions

Properties subject to certain Court Orders

Properties prevented by Court Order from being occupied or sold during the chargeable period are exempt from Vacant Homes Tax (VHT).

You must claim an exemption in your VHT Return for each applicable chargeable period.
