How to claim for a repayment of the DCPL
A claim can be made for a repayment of the Defective Concrete Products Levy (DCPL) by completing the DCPL Repayment Claim Form.
You should complete and sign this form and send it to Revenue using MyEnquiries. MyEnquiries is available through Revenue Online Service (ROS). Please quote the reference ‘DCPL’ when submitting your form.
You may be presented with an option to self-categorise the MyEnquiries query and if this option is available, please select:
- “Enquiry relates to” - Defective Concrete Products Levy
- and
- “More specifically” – DCPL Repayment.
