Individual applicant

When you apply for tax clearance, Revenue will check:

  • your properties
  • your partnerships (of which you are a member)
  • a previous business entity where there has been a transfer of a liquor licence
  • your employer if you are employed as a solicitor and applying to join the Criminal Justice Legal Aid Panel.
