Mineral Oil Traders Excise Licences Manual
The Mineral Oil Traders Excise Licences Manual has been updated to modify the specific licence condition in relation to the Dangerous Substances Regulations 2019 on mineral oil licences.
This does not remove the obligation of mineral oil traders to be compliant with all relevant regulations including those related to planning, measurement equipment, safety, health and welfare at work, dangerous substances and fire safety etc., prior to submitting an application for a mineral oil licence.
The relevant appendices have also been updated.
