Exportation of Cultural Goods

The Revenue Tax and Duty Manual on the Exportation of Cultural Goods has been amended as follows:

  • Paragraph 3 has been amended to include the National Gallery of Ireland as the competent authority for intra EU licences for Paintings and Drawings.
