How soon will you receive a reply?

We will deal with your request promptly and issue a response as soon as possible. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires that we issue a response within one month of receipt of your request.

We may extend this timeframe by a further two months in certain circumstances. However, we will inform you of the need for an extension within one month of receipt of the request.
