Overview

Articles 13 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) strengthen you your rights in relation to your personal data.

These rights include the right to make a request to Revenue to access the personal data held about you. Revenue is obliged to respond to that request within a period of one month of receipt of your request.
