Registering for the DCPL
Overview
If you make a first supply of a concrete product within the scope of the levy, you will be the chargeable person. All chargeable persons must register with Revenue for the Defective Concrete Products Levy (DCPL) before making their first supply.
Businesses can register for the levy online from 14 August 2023 using Revenue’s eRegistration service which is available through Revenue Online Service (ROS).

You should notify Revenue that you are no longer chargeable person for the DCPL if you cease making first supplies of concrete products.
