Help completing self-employed income

The content of the videos on this page is up to date even though they refer to the Income Tax Return (Form 11) 2018. The steps you follow when filing your Form 11 for 2023 are the same.
If you received payments from the following government departments they may be pre-populated in this panel:
- Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine
- Department of Social Protection (DSP).
If you were in receipt of Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) this may also be pre-populated in this panel.
If you work in the construction, forestry or meat sectors your Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) payments may also be pre-populated to this panel. These figures will appear in a table at the start of the self-employed income panel. These should be included in your trading account for this year.
