Make a payment for Local Property Tax
You can use this online service to pay, or make arrangements to pay, your Local Property Tax (LPT) charge. You can access this service through myAccount or Revenue Online Service (ROS). If you are not already registered for either of these, you can access this service through the LPT online service instead.
To access the service through myAccount:
- Sign in to myAccount.
- Click 'Local Property Tax (LPT)' on the 'Property Services' card.
To access the service through ROS:
- Sign in to ROS.
- Click on the ‘Manage LPT/HC Arrears' link which brings you to your list of properties.
- Click on the Property ID.
To access the service through the LPT online service directly:
Before setting up your payment method, you should ensure that you have submitted your LPT Return using the ‘Complete Property Return’ option.
You can choose from several payment options. If you are already paying LPT by a recurring payment method, this will be automatically carried forward to 2024. For further information, please see LPT payment methods carried forward.
When you have selected your payment option you should:
- Input all payment details.
- Click 'Continue' after reviewing the details to be submitted.
- Click 'Submit Details'.
The option to ‘manage payments for multiple properties’ enables you to set up a single payment, or multiple payments, for your properties.
