Right to rectification (correction) of personal data

We make every effort to ensure that your personal data is accurate and up to date.  

If you think it is not accurate or relevant you can Contact us. This is under  Article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You should set out clearly the personal data involved and the reasons why you consider it to be inaccurate. We will either amend it without undue delay, or explain to you why we will not do so. 

Note

You can amend your personal details including address and marital status by using myAccount. Alternatively you can contact your Revenue office.
